T&C’s & Need to Know Infomation

1.1. These terms and conditions contain important information about attending our events and the use of our website and other digital platforms. Please read them carefully before buying tickets to our events or joining our website.

1.2. By purchasing tickets or paying at the door, signifies that you agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms and conditions. 

1.3. Although we will make a reasonable effort to notify you of any changes to our terms and conditions (notice on the website/ social media platforms) it is your responsibility to check this document from time to time to ensure you are up to date.

1.4. By purchasing tickets you agree to follow and adhere to the below rules and procedures. Failure to do so may result in being refused entry or being removed from the venue.

1.5. It is your responsibility:

a. To check all personal details are correct when purchasing your tickets.

b. To check you are purchasing tickets for the correct date and/ or venue. Tickets will not be refunded, compensated or transferred if this is incorrect.

c. To comply with all venue regulations when attending the event.

1.6 The venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove you from the premises if you:

a. Compromise the safety or yourself or others.

b. Are affecting the enjoyment of others.

c. Are affecting the running of the event. For example, if you are acting aggressively or appear to be under the influence of alcohol and/ or drugs.

d. Are affecting the staff. For example, if you are acting aggressively (verbally and physically) to a member of the team, bar staff or security team etc.

1.7 Intellectual property: You agree by attending our events you are doing so on a non-commercial basis and will not replicate or copy our format, event or music policy. You also agree not to use or copy any of our artwork, photos, videos, text, graphics, designs, structures and all other intellectual property relating to our digital assets. Any photos or film footage is not to be used for commercial purposes. 

1.8. At these current times of change, we, Aiya Napa Brunch have the right to amend an event (times/seating plan/venue location /sound levels/ etc…and be up to date with up-to-date government rules/laws etc…) at any time as-and-when we are required. If this is the case, this will be announced on our FACEBOOK Aiya Napa Brunch social media pages, it is your responsibility to check this information before joining us on the day.

1.9. Ticket is for entry only. 

2. All food and drink to be purchased separately. 

2.1. Complimentary rum punch cocktails is offered as a complimentary service and is not part of your ticket price. This is offered in the first hour only and can not be exchanged for a drink of your choosing, this offering is based on a first to come basis. We can not be responsible if you arrive late or if busy, there is a queue.

2.2.  We cannot guarantee that any of our additional services, such as reserving a table, will be available and we will not refund or compensate your tickets if this is the case.

2.3. Advance tickets are unfundable. If an event has to be amended because of CV19, we will present the show under social distancing (rules and guidelines.) If you are worried about CV19, please do not buy tickets in advance, where possible tickets will be available at the door if the show has not sold out.

2.4. Tables are not for sale. And we do not have a VIP area. 

2.5. Please arrive all together to be seated together. Seating is first come first served, then standing room after. We can not guarantee all guests will be seated.

2.6. AIYA NAPA BRUNCH IS A DAYTIME CLUB NIGHT, the brunch side is an additional service and not part of your ticket deal. Your tickets are standard club entry. We do not have a set menu or offer a dining experience. Food is available to purchase at the venue. Each venue will have its menu (for both food and drink) please contact them directly for dietary requirements, Aiya Napa Brunch is not responsible for this service. Birmingham will have street-food traders in place. However, Nottingham, Liverpool and Manchester will have in-house kitchens only.

2.7. By purchasing a ticket and/ or entering our events you agree to be recorded by us or agreed third parties to be used for our own promotional/ marketing materials or by approved third parties.

2.8. By purchasing your tickets please be aware of the venue, do not book your tickets based on online videos as each location set-up and layout will vary. Not all venues will have the same booths, benches and chairs, lighting etc it is your responsibility to understand what venue you are booking your ticket for.

2.9. In some venues where CCTV is in operation, images are also used for the purposes of safety and security.

2.9. About the day! 

a. What time do doors open? At 1.00pm to 6.00pm in Birmingham, all other venues 12.00pm – 5.00pm.

b. Can I bring my own Birthday Cake? No, however, we do have Birthday/Hen/ Stag Packages available send us a DM for further information. 

c. I have a large group coming, can I reserve our seats? We make acceptions for large groups over 18+ (upwards) all guests need to purchase tickets in advance before contacting us, please arrive before 2.00pm on the day. Any latecomers will lose their seats if the event is busy, being a large group this arrangement can only be honoured for two hours only from opening, if any seats are empty they will be offered to other guests attending the event. We are not responsible if your guests have not read our full terms and conditions. 

d. Can I decorate my area? No, but you can bring one balloon only. 

e. What drinks are available? The venue has a fully stocked bar. 

f. Is there a set time to eat? No, food will be available all day.

g. Can I see the menu? For Birmingham, our menus may change every month, so where possible we will be adding this to our website, for other venues please contact the venue directly. 

h. When is the last entry? We ask everyone to arrive before 2.00pm to truly enjoy the Aiya Napa Brunch experience however, tickets will be available to buy at the door until 4.00pm.

i. What is the dress code? Dress up and look great, relaxed funky vibes, no stag and hen night costumes or fancy dress. Gym clothes will not be acceptable, fashionable Urbanwear is. 

j. Can we all sit together? Seating is first come first serve, please arrive together to be seated together. We can not guarantee all guests will be seated, if this is the case it will be standing room only. Please look at our Facebook event images for an idea of our atmosphere. 

3. By purchasing tickets and entering our events you agree that you understand the cost breakdown of the ticket you are entering with.
